About Giving
Investing in the Lord's work is not something God wants from us, but for us!
The Apostle Paul's challenge to the Corinthians to give just as he purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7). It's about attitude and desire to personally invest in the making of disciples and the building of the church for the advancement of the gospel.
The ministry of Tabernacle Baptist Church is funded by the generous and sacrificial gifts of God's people. We are committed to honoring God's provision by exercising wise and faithful stewardship.
How We Use Your Gifts
Your financial gifts are how we support all of the ongoing ministries of the church. These funds support all of the ministry budgets, pays the utilities, supports our missions, pay the staff and are the primary means by which our ministry is supported.
As you prayerfully consider your financial support to the Lord's work at Tabernacle, this is where your regular giving goes. Supporting of other funds should be giving with that of above and beyond your regular 10% giving as the Lord enables you.
